Reflection: I believe this means that the only way you can
actually relax and live life joyfully is when you have done nothing wrong. To
me a person cannot live or sleep with a mind full of guilt. Therefore, your conscience,
your conscience must be clear in order for you to relax and have a goodnight
sleep.
