reflection:I believe that this quote is a good example of people choosing the right. Why because, he states that taking care of yourself will help you in life. What he means is if you tell the truth and choose the right everything else will be much more calmer and peaceful, you won't have to worry about anything. However if you choose the wrong and tell lies eberything will crumble and make you look like the pathetic person you are. Therefore always choose the right. Some ways to take care of yourself would be always choosing the right, telling the truth, do what you are told, and be respectful.
